Jane is proud to lead Upstride’s relationships with clients and creates communication, campaign, PR, digital and engagement strategies. She is a skilled digital communications practitioner, having led projects spanning virtual and augmented realty, web and app production and animation.

Jane speaks around the world on communication and engagement. She crafts learning opportunities and resources for professional communicators working in public sector, health and community organisations. She was an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist at Australia's Women in Media Awards 2020, and also a finalist at the World VR Awards 2018 in London for Best Virtual Reality Marketing in the World.

Melanie leads Upstride’s marketing and strategic functions having spent more than 10 years being passionate about brands, creating them, developing them and telling their story through effective communication.

Melanie is a highly motivated marketing communications professional with diverse experience across B2B and B2C businesses, varied industries and sectors, including a previous role with Monash University.

Laura is Upstride's lead account manager, overseeing client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

She has 7 years experience working in Event Management at several large venues across Australia, and recently worked as a Client Success Manager for a Marketing Consultancy.

She joined Upstride to make a difference in the world, and is particularly passionate about working in the Disability and Health sector.

Janelle is Upstride's PR and Content Executive. She leverages her experience in Government, advocacy, and the non-profit sector to create impactful campaigns.
