Amber Community: Rebrand

In 2022, Road Trauma Support Services Victoria (RTSSV) rebranded as Amber Community, and Upstride Agency was engaged to support this transformation with a comprehensive communications strategy.

WHAT WE DID

Upstride Agency worked closely with Amber Community to develop a practical and cohesive communications plan that would guide the rebranding process and support the organisation’s goals.

CEO VIDEO

To personalise the rebrand and communicate its significance, we produced a video featuring Amber Community’s CEO. The video was a key component of the strategy, providing a clear and heartfelt explanation of the rebrand’s purpose and the organization’s future direction.

STAKEHOLDER KIT

We created a comprehensive stakeholder kit to ensure all key partners and supporters were fully informed about the rebrand. The kit included detailed information about the name change, the reasons behind it, and the organisation’s plans for the future.

MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS

A series of targeted emails were developed to keep members informed and engaged throughout the rebranding process. These emails provided regular updates, highlighted the benefits of the rebrand, and encouraged ongoing support.

MEDIA RELEASES

Upstride crafted a media release announcing the rebrand, which was distributed to relevant media outlets. The release helped generate public awareness and media coverage, ensuring the broader community understood and supported the change.
